Pogati chocolate factory was first established in 1994 in Beirut, the Lebanese Capital, by its founder Mr. Selim Accad.
The factory produces the finest chocolate of various kinds and shapes according to Belgian characteristics and international standards for health and prevention. In addition to that, the factory is equipped with all means of sterilization and control that are necessary to preserve the quality and characteristics of the chocolate.

In the year 1999, the first extension of the factory took place. It was relocated for that purpose in a region hanging over Beirut, only 10 minutes away from the Beirut International Airport. The factory is a 2000 square meters location divided into several sections. The production cycle starts first with the manufacturing of the chocolate. It moves after that to the wrapping, followed by the packaging, before finally reaching the hands of the exporter.
Later in the year 2005, Pogati extended its activities to include in addition to the production of chocolate, the production of confectionery and almond paste.

Pogati exports its production to many countries worldwide especially to the neighboring Arab countries. The company follows a strict policy that takes into consideration the smallest requests of its customers in regards to the labeling and shape of every piece.

أنشأ معمل Pogati لصناعة الشوكولا عام 1994 في بيروت, قلب العاصمة اللبنانية على يد المؤسس الأول السيد سليم عقاد.
يقوم المعمل بتصنيع أفخر أنواع الشوكولا بكافة أنواعها و أشكالها حسب المواصفات البلجيكية و المعايير العالمية للصحة و الوقاية.
كما أن المعمل مجهز بكافة وسائل التعقيم و الرقابة التي تحافظ على نوعية و خصائص الشوكولا. |

عام 1999 كان التوسع الأول للمعمل, فأصبح في منطقة تطل على مدينة بيروت و تبعد عن مطار بيروت حوالي عشر دقائق, و تبلغ مساحة المعمل 2000 متر مربع تقريبا, بأقسامه المختلفة, إبتدأ من تصنيع الشوكولا إلى التغليف فالتوضيب حتى تصل إلى يد المستورد
و في عام 2005 وسعت الشركة نشاطها ليشمل بالإضافة إلى تصنيع الشوكولا صناعة الملبن و المرصبان بأشكاله كافة.
يقوم المعمل بتصدير الشوكولا إلى العدد من دول العالم, و في مقدمتها الدول العربية.
